Established in 1982, Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN) is the leading organization in Nepal, focusing on conservation of birds, their habitats and sites. It seeks to promote interest in birds among the general public, encourage research on birds, and identify major threats to birds’ continued survival.
Bird Conservation Nepal invites the research proposals from the eligible students of masters' level who are undertaking research as partial fulfillment of their degree.
Number of Grants: 2
Grant amount: NRs 50,000 per grantee
Who can apply: All Nepalese Masters level students studying Zoology, Forestry, Environmental Science or relevant subjects in the second year at Nepalese universities can apply for the research grant. Please apply with: (a) a research proposal, (b) a page of cover letter and (c) a CV.
Deadline: 10th March 2019.
