Our activities focus on site conservation of Important Areas (IBAs). We work with our in country government and non-government partner organizations eg IUCN Nepal, WWF Nepal Program, Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation, Department of Forests, Ministry of Forests and Soil Conservation, Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology to carry out several activities of common interest at various sites. Apart from the IBA conservation, BCN also has some extension programmes of urban habitat restoration and management. We have been doing this in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City at Bagmati River nature Park.
