This is to notify all valued members that 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN) will be held on the following date, time and venue.
Date: Saturday, 1 Mangsir 2064 (17 November 2007)
Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Venue: Hotel Ambassador, Lazimpat, Kathmandu
Agenda for the AGM are as follows:
• Work progress of F/Y 2063 / 064 and annual work plan of F / Y 2064 /065
• Financial report of F/Y 2063 / 064 and annual financial projection for F / Y 2064 /065
• Appointment of Auditor
• Environment Journalist Award 2064
• Release of Cheer Advocacy document
