Bird Conservation Nepal always seeks to promote an interest in birds among the general public encouraging research on birds biology and ecology, to conserves birds habitat as well as their survival. It is also helping to know the relation between birds and people. BCN appreciate and acknowledge support in any terms (financial, technical, expert, volunteer, equipment etc) for its various initiatives i.e. research and conservation of globally threatened bird species, assessment and monitoring of Important Bird Areas (IBAs), conservation and restoration of critical biological hotspots, improve the knowledge and livelihood of local people through sustainable and participatory conservation approach etc.
BCN also runs two information centres as a data and reference source to its valued members and general public. You can also contribute to make the information centre resourceful by providing valuable publications such as books, research reports, journals and newsletters.
