REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN) hereby invites sealed quotations from eligible, authorized, and qualified vehicle suppliers/dealers for the supply and delivery of one (1) Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) Double Cab Pickup.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations in accordance with the minimum technical specifications and requirements stated below.

General Specification of the Vehicle

• Vehicle Type: Double Cab Pickup
• Engine: Turbo Diesel Engine
• Transmission: Automatic or Manual
• Drive Type: 4x4 (Four-Wheel Drive)
• Seating Capacity: 4 or 6 Passengers
• Safety: Air Bags

Quotation Requirements from Vendor

        Vendors are requested to submit

1.     Detailed vehicle specification sheet with available color of the vehicle. Along with available vehicles with similar specifications.

2.     Unit price (inclusive/exclusive of taxes), Registration, taxes, and insurance to be quoted separately or inclusively

3.     Warranty and after?sales support details

4.     Delivery timeline

5.     Validity period of quotation

6.     Legal Documents (VAT Registration, Company Registration, Latest Tax clearance certificate, Dealer Authorization Certificate).
